Really enjoyed joining the other 50 million people worldwide

watching the “New Year Concert” performed by the Vienna Philharmonic (led for the first time by the German conductor Christian Thielmann) from the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna. In addition to wonderful music with waltzes, polkas and gallops (by the Strauss family and their contemporaries); we were treated as usual to some amazing dancing. Can’t wait to see it all again – this is one DVD we’ll definitely be buying.
